Came defected with many boards badly chipped, pre drilled holes had cracks around them, items were missing for the self assembly, but this is only a start. The same day, I contacted the seller to request a return, completely ignored, and asked to send pictures with all the items and packaging I received so they could "review." As this is a verified seller, I contacted B&Q to step in and help. The seller has responded and provided the address to return the product, that's all. B&Q had to contact them again and ask to provide a free return label or to organise the collection. This is over two weeks now since I first requested a return, and I'm still waiting. I guess it will still take ages by the time I get my money back. I should read the company review on Google before I purchased anything from them, and this is a B&Q verified seller. Avoid.

Absolute shambles of a company avoid at all cost!! 3rd party tagging on to B&Q website. Un contactable, taken my money and no updates given as to where my items are. Even B&Q defend them and promise to chase up but dont. At present items are 3 weeks late. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

If I could give no stars I would Poor service from start to finish Hopefully I am an isolated case and was just unlucky but i would recommend staying clear of this company and shop elsewhere . Very unhelpful and poor responses from their customer services

Lying, thieving scumbags. I bought an item from them, it was damaged, when complained, they have been using delaying tactics to avoid refunding. This is without doubt the worst company I e had the misfortune to deal with. They have blatantly conned me, avoid this company at all costs, they are common thieves
