Would like to thank once again , as Banks have done several Family bereavements for our Family,recently my Sister's the upmost respect and thanks to all staff concerned ,and the Vicar for providing a very caring respectable, to all detail and service throughout ,would'nt choose anyone else Thank you .

Thank you so much to banks and son funeral for supporting my family through the death of my grandma and Nan and the Staff did an amazing job preparing my Nan in her clothes and making Nan look like herself and the funeral Service was really beautiful and the staff was really supportive and the person who drive us to the cemetery did an really good job and the staff helped us telling us what to do with the coffin and how to carry it and the staff always stand behind us making sure it didnt fall and a big thank to Wendy for coming out to see us to arrange my Nan funeral with the music and hymns and sorting out the books with the songs in the poem and the picture thank you to all the staff for your support

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Would be 0 stars if possible. I am appalled at the service we have received from this company. A family member passed at the end of January. We have been waiting on getting the headstone engraved.. after numerous phone calls, we got told it would be back on the 27th May. However, after that date passed we called again, every time being told it would be taken that day. I understand that they are busy but a different excuse was given every time. We called last Friday to be told 'I cant even find your record, but I can tell you it wont be taken today' - so I asked for a call back Monday. Monday we received a call from Carrie who stated that they had mixed accounts up, a note had been placed on ours to not remove until after Fathers Day, something that should have gone onto another account. This would not only upset my family, but another family too who made this request. This is not a mistake that should be being made. Also, when emailing to resolve this issue, it is being completely ignored.

So personal.professional.helped so much at this difficult time.cant praise them enough .my mum was handled with compassion. The funeral was so well handled .
