Plan-It Fitted Bedrooms

They came out, the gentleman was totally bored giving me a quote. I liked the price and the ideas I had. Went in the shop a couple of days later after I had tried to ring them a 100 times. Was told someone would get back to me with a few additions I wanted to add. Still waiting that was 6 months ago. No way to run a business. I have never left a negative review before but felt I had to because it was a total waste of my time.

Had my bedroom fitted out last week the guys were great worked hard and my room was finished within the day, very pleased with the result , this is the third time I have used plan it in the last 10 years due to moving and Ive been pleased with the results each time .

Our original Plan It bedroom we got in 2013 was fab . The bloke that did the plans was so, so helpful & enthusiastic about his work. The bedroom looked gorgeous. Then we moved house 3 years later and decided to use Plan It again..... BIG mistake. The company had been taken over. The bloke that came to look at our new bedroom was incredibly unhelpful to the point that he just stood there while we said what we wanted. No help, no suggestions, no ideas. Useless. But we went with them anyway as we were more or less just replacing doors and having free standing drawers etc. Really wish we hadn't bothered. Quality poor. Customer service was awful too.

Ive used Plan it for all our wardrobes and recently for a utility room and wow amazing! From the consultation to the fitting, excellent.
