Spring View Fisheries

This place is a congregation area for drunks in cars and vans with loud music on at night you get people casting across your swim from the other side of the lodge because they have seen a fish surface the place is cleanish but I guess thats down to burning all the rubbish gas tins included so if you like music and the noise of gas tins exploding get yourself down there

Decent place to fish. 3 pools, butty van and toilet all on site too.

If you want plenty of fish,then this is a place to visit, the owner is lovely and the place was clean and litter free

Came down with the other half to catch her first carp. The lake had not had much out over the weekend from talking to other anglers, however we managed 7 bites & landed 4. (Missus lost 3 in the lillys as its her first time) The lake itself is beautiful, you can see the new owners are making improvments & it really shows. Hopefully they cut some of the brambles/nettles back on thebtrain track side as the mozzies etc at night was horrific! All fish we caught had great condition mouths (2 had some body scars) but all in all they was clean. For small fish they flight great too which surprised me. Lisa the Owner was nice & very welcoming, the prices are great. All in all had a good session.
