Enfield street chippy

I thought this was going to be the best fish and chips shop in Wigan. Sadly, it's not. My first time visiting the fish and chips were cooked fresh and the meal great! I had friends visiting the following week and took them here. Again we ordered fish and chips and added two sides of onion rings. It was awful. I'd give it --5 stars if I could. I couldn't believe this was the same shop. Everything was soggy and gross, the onion rings were raw. I was so embarrassed. I contacted the owner who offered a refund but she never followed through with communication. She ignored me for weeks, until today. It's too late now. My friends have already returned home. Although, we were fortunate and found a better fish and chips shop in Wigan. The competition did not disappoint! If Enfield would have just corrected the problem and made things right I would be leaving a different review. Take care of your customers Enfield Street Chippy!

Parking: On street parking. No time restrictions in place. Another free off street parking 50 yards away Wheelchair accessibility: No doorstep, access direct from paving. Average wide doorway. Not much space inside may need to reverse to pavement from premises. Staff is able to collect order and serve wheelchair users standing outside
