Very pleased with the service received. Our original supplier had let us down with a repair job. I tried a couple of different places and didn't get a response. I found ECS and spoke to Ellie on live chat on Tuesday and our bed was fixed the next day!! I was also encouraged when i explained what the fault was Elie knew instantly what issue was and how to fix it. When I had contacted my original supplier the maintenance manager had no clue what the issue could be. Reasonably priced as well. Very very Happy.

Excellent customer services form the lovely Ells this morning, she talked me through everything I needed to do along with explaining what could be the issues for us I was confused by something and was assisted with another lovely lady Mell . Purchased an Ergoline 1100 Prestige and an American Stand up from ECS sunbeds. I shopped around other companies in the uk and also read previous reviews. At first I was a little nervous down to one particular review with ECS, however after asking directly about the review was reassured that this was not a true account. After visiting shirley and the team at the showroom and seeing all the big sunbeds, I was more than satisfied to place my order for a stand up and lay down bed. I cant fault the services we received from start to finish. Shirley really did go the extra mile to help me even with my business plan. Sunbeds were installed today and I could not be happier with the service. The engineers were polite and professional and couldn't do enough for me.

Recently ,one of their engineers helped us to fix the problem of one of our Sunbeds without charging us nothing, the job was done by explaining us on the phone how to solve the problem ! Really thank you guys for your support Recommend

Incredible service from ECS today. I called them at 9am to order a new base acrylic for one of my lay down beds, by 9.50 the engineer was at my salon and less than an hour later the bed was up and running again! Courteous and professional from start to finish. We will be using ECS in the future and can highly recommend this business.
