        Excellent customer service.. enquired regarding a structural survey on a house purchase and they got out to it within 2 days and got the report back the day after. Professional and concise would definitely recommend to anyone needing a structural survey!

        I used REFA for my extension calculations. On a number of occasions they have helped me with 'building' challenges. They have undertaken emergency site visits at very short notice and turned around calculations very quickly. I would strongly recommend to any home owner that needs structural calculations, fast, prompt, reliable and expert in what they do.
