        They were decent in the past when I used to be served for my tax money but now it's all about patient avoidance strategy and they're still using the Covid-initiated excuse and hiding behind 'askmyGP'. This morning they gave a measly one hour window; I tried 30mins before close and got the message "All our clinicians slots are now filled for the day. We are unable to process any more AskmyGP requests today."

        This surgery is terrible. Impossible to contact. If only there was another surgery option in Standish.

        We moved to Standish last year and my son has been having tonsillitis every 2 weeks. Every time I rang the surgery they always gave me same day appointment within a couple of hours. We couldnt be happier.

        I have been using the online service with little to no responce for over a month. I had correspondence from my request, yet the practice has stated that i didn't reply. I dont know what has happend to face to face comuication, but when you do speak to them, they send you back to using the app. This is not the first time this has happend, and i have never had this level of poor service at my previous gp practice. I am happy to further discuss with the practice manager as a way of giving constructive feed back.
