        It is evident there is currently a lot of strain on the GP surgeries at present. The triage system can be frustrating due to the waiting times. However I have recently had to call on the help of my GP surgery and I can truly say I cannot fault them. Myself and my daughter have both needed their support and past the waiting time the care was appreciated. Times are hard but I truly feel they are doing their best. Lets hope the NHS gets more support. I dont feel it right to be angry at those who are left trying to support the community. I cant imagine how much pressure is on the NHS at the moment. Once you put a face to the staff you know they are doing what they can in this current climate.

        Service is shocking waited 2 weeks for a phone appointment then when the doctor finally rang I had to wait another 2 weeks for a appointment so in total 1 month for a appointment its discusting.

        Phone system people are an nightmare!!! They disconnect calls after waiting in positions for up to 30 mins!! And the receptionists are of NO help at all

        I rang an was position 6 ..at 17 minutes of being on hold i was position 2 ..i continued to wait and after holding for 32 minutes they terminated my call. Rang bk Im bk on hold an position 5..position 3 at 8 mins they terminated my call at 23 mins what a joke. Fumin!! This phone system is an absolute joke
