        All the medical staff are friendly and very helpful. Appointment system works very well. Able to see or speak to a Dr the same day if you contact them early.

        My 89 yr old dad came to the surgery with a painful swollen finger. He was sent away and told no one could drain it at the surgery and he would have to go to a n e. Got there 6 hr wait, not allowed to go in with him, nowhere to park. Had to leave him there on his own. Appalled

        The best G.P practice myself and family have ever belonged to. All the staff are helpful kind and caring. The service we have always received is exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Everyone deserves to belong to a practice like this.

        Dr Ollerton is an amazing Doctor. He always goes the extra mile to help his patients. He has a heart of gold and the staff at Lakelands Residential home can not thank him enough for the compassion and care he gave to both the patient and staff on 6/1/18. Thank you so much xxxxx
