Doctors have been great when I'm actually able to book an appointment to talk to them. I'm currently on an acute prescription whilst we find the right medication for me that I have to book an appointment to renew, but everytime I get on the my gp to get a mobile appointment the appointment bookings are closed. It's been half a week now since I ran out of my medication and every morning beofre and after i ran out I've woken up and tried to book an appointment. It's ridiculous that this is my only way to order a prescription, cant even book an appointment if I ring up the clinic.

Each time we have been send home being told that it's nothing to worry about and the cause of the lump as is just teething which I knew it can't be right. On each consultation they did not listen to her chest, did not check her throat, ears or any other type of consultation apart from looking at the lump( lymph node) which was not that big in their opinion. On our last appointment on the 23rd of December at 10 am we have seen a Doctor again which this time was not DR Owen, it was DR Kathryn if I remember right and she looked at the lump and said that is nothing to worried about. As long as the lump doesn't not exceed 2 cm. She also told as that we are paranoid for bringing my girl so many times to the doctor. She also had a rash on her skin which again the doctor said it can be something viral but nothing to worried about. On top of that I told them that she had diarrhea for the last day as well and she is refusing all the food. Been send home with no treatment or diagnosis. At 22:00 same day we had to phone an ambulance as my baby was screaming in pain, choking constantly and couldnt breath, temperature 38.5. Been to A&W and after the consultation we have been told that she has an infection in her body for several weeks and the lymph node was inflamated because of that and she has a bad infection on her throat and chest as well. Been given 250mg of amoxicilin, difflam spray, nurofen and coagh syrup for 7 days. The next following days she was not able to have any food, crying in pain, just few ml of milk and water/juice. It has been terrible but now she is miles better after the 4th day of antibiotics. We could of end up with a pneumonia or even worst septicemia if we wouldn't go to A&E. I am terrible dissapointed with the doctors negligence and they seem to be always in a rush to get read of us. I would change the GP asap and will put a formal complain to NHS for the way we have been treated, for the negligence they show, for the lack of professional competence and due care. They should not be doctors, they can kill people with this attitude and much worst they can kill our children.
