Dr Bisarya has to be 1 of the worst Doctors in the area, the reception is rude and unhelpful, they only take bookings from 8am till about 8.05am (usually only able to get 1 if you get lucky as the line will be busy), They only do phone consultations now to determine if you have the right to actually see a doctor, they don't give you times for the phone consultations so better stay available all day, oh and that all depends on if the reception actual remembers to put the appointment on the system or not, because twice I've had then call me (yes them call me) to make a phone consultation.......and then forget to put it on the system. And most recently got told the doctor wanted to speak to me and will contact me later in the day (again no time given) but instead he put a note on the reception for me (after 5pm) because he couldnt be bothered to call, that i only recieved after i phoned back to see if he forgot about me. This is all dependant on if the reception decides that your allowed to have a consultation with your doctor too, as they decide if you get to or if the GP will just leave you a note on what they assume your problem is...without even speaking to you. Apparently they also cant refer you to have any sort of scan anymore as you have to wait 3 (or more) months to see a joint/ muscle specialist and have them refer you instead. If you have the option to go anywhere else, you will save yourself alot of trouble by doing so. And if you have to go here, i hope you never have any problems as you will honestly get more help from your local mums facebook group then this GP seem to be able too.

Drs Bisarya have been our family Doctors for 45 years. They treat us like their own family and always do whatever they can when they are needed. The receptionists are amazing and always go above and beyond to help. I would recommend them 100%!!
