Sadly, not all GPs there are quite as responsive and supportive; however the NP is pleasant and supportive.
But.. my main bugbear is a stroppy young woman, who often used to take calls - wish I could remember her name (I want to say Chloe, but I am perhaps wrong) - she was continually disinterested, definitely impatient, and her tone of voice nearly always gave me the impression that she thought I was either bothering her, or being a nuisance; simply because I had the nerve to dare to phone the practice.
Other people I have spoken with have had similar experiences with this person.
I don't know what her problem is, maybe she's unhappy or stressed or something? I don't know.. And to be frank, it's not my concern or problem.
Incidentally, 'customer care' courses etc should not be required. If someone chooses to not be at least polite and professional, no amount of training is going to make a difference.
Glad I don't have to interact with this person any more.

The phone call said I was caller 1.
An it estimated time apparently 5 minutes.
Witch lasted for half an hour. Before they picked up the phone. I said I've been caller number 1 for half an hour. An you answer. Apparently the phone only went off for 5 minutes. I said no it didn't. Is that Before you put on hold. I asked for my sick note.
As it ran out today. The first 1 had the same date as today. I said second thing you done wrong today. Then she said come back between 4 - 5pm. So I did this time it was a man behind the desk. An he did the exact same sick note for the same end date for today. I said what are you doing. Same one again. Now apparently I have got to go again tomorrow afternoon again. What should of been done right in the first place.
On the answering machine they keep on saying there always busy. REALLY! When you get there they aren't at all. There getting payed for mistakes. Anywhere else for working the way they do unresponsive to people is unreal. It's never busy. They just say that to make themselves sound good. It's Unreal. Not happy at all with there responses. That place needs looking into.
There always trying to screw ya over.
