Dr Ullah's attitude put me off to see him since I registered with his practice in 2021. Finally I gathered my courage to see him today. It was a big mistake. He suggested all my physical symptoms were due to my anxiety after he failed to find out the cause. When I suggested if those symptoms were caused by a medicine I took for long term, he started to look up this medicine in his 'bible' and then he said to me he couldn't find it, so he still doesn't know the side effects of this medicine, however, when I booked the appointment to see him, I particularly emphasized to review this medicine. When he took my blood pressure, I had to lift my arm in the air for him until he got the figures. When he asked me to lie down on the couch for examination, I noticed he even didn't change the tissue sheet which was so wrinkled and obviously already been used. I feel it is so common for him not to greet to patients, no apology and a big arrogant attitude which make you feel so small. 100% I Will NOT recommend this surgery.

Visited Cath Simm within MSK Platt House, she is an absolute star. Had issues for years and she has helped me within 3 weeks, i cant thank her enough. I hope she gets to see / hear about this review as she needs to be recognised as a hero. Thank you so much Cath, all the best
