        I can never get a hold of their phone line and their ask my GP is only online from 8am to 8:30. I need help and i cant get it

        Hard to get an appointment when you need it. Some of the receptionists are rude, ignorant and extremely impolite.

        Hands down the best GP practice I have ever been registered at. The level of care from receptionists to Anna the Nurse practitioners to the Doctors is worth the 5 star. Ive never called up and had to wait long for my call to be answered and when it does every concern Ive had for me or my son has been dealt with promptly. For example I called at 9:30 for an appointment for my 3 year old son. I was given one for 10am! Within the hour of my call his ailment was assessed and treated and he even had his first dose of medication, if that isnt excellent patient care I dont know what is! I cant thank this surgery enough for all their support. The receptionist are so warming and welcoming too its a lovely atmosphere to walk into when youre not feeling great. 10/10 would recommend.
