        Last month they'd of got 5 stars as I've used them for 3 years to supply our pub/b&b. Ordered 500 1ltr on monday 16.01.23... Promised delivery on weds 18th.... failed Promised thurs 19th... failed Been without oil and heating since Tues 17th with vulnerable people in the building..... First excuse.... the driver thought he couldn't get to you??? Second excuse.... Safety warning issued due to snow.... our main route is clear with hgvs and artics presently driving by.... even the bin men have managed to get here..... So WATSONS fuels, we have now parted ways shame i can't say its been a healthy business relationship.... BTW Crown oil ' WILL DELIVER TO US TOMORROW GUARANTEED... Very very sad state of affairs Watsons.
