The worst place Ive ever ordered from.. and Im not one to complain but please avoid this place!! First time ordering took about 2 hours to come and was stone cold when arrived, ordered a cornflake tart that was smashed to pieces. Thought it might have been a one off and maybe just a busy night, so gave it a second chance a couple of months later and it was even worse! This time the food never came.. not answering their phone either.. as it was ordered through deliveroo the refund request has to be reviewed with the resteraunt and may take 72 hours!!!!!! So no food and no money.. I basically just gave them 20 AVOID

Delivery time stated 45 mins. Waited 1 hour 30mins before calling the store to be told its on the way 20 mins later got a call from the driver saying he's outside. He wasn't gave him my address again . Another 30 mins nothing arrive so rang again 15 mins later finally arrived. Was it worth it.... no.

Cant fault my experience tonight when ringing the store to place order. The guy on the phone was lovely, ordered white choc cookie dough with flake and mr bubble milkshake. Order delivered quicker than was stated and even got a call back to check everything was ok with order and to thank me again for the order

Ordered for the first time and they certainly didn't disappoint.. The million dollar milkshake was really yummy Definitely will try the rest of the menu

terrible service waiting for our order 2 hours tried ring to see where it was and was going to voicemail continuously and after 3 hours waiting didnt show up
