        Absolutely disgusting staff and customer service. Asked for a return as the device was faulty. Got told words that never came out of my mouth and then all the staff got together saying that i said the words. When I start asking for proof they called the security saying i was being aggressive while i was holding my 3 year old son with me. Horrendous people with disgusting attitude!! Never again. Cee U Next Tuesday

        Poor customer service. I was standing waiting to pick up a reserved item and the assistant was standing playing with her phone. I was then told by the manager that my item had gone up 5 as i only had 48 hours from 9am on Monday to pick my reserved item up (This was at 14:45 on Wednesday ). How do these people get jobs in serving customers?
