First visit since covid hit. Have to say it was a pleasant experience from ringing making the appointment(which was next day) to visiting this morning. Dentist was very thorough and explained everything. I felt so at ease even made a 6 month appointment. Having to pay for treatment it didnt break the bank. Other dental surgery wanted to take xrays etc before they even had seen my teeth. Also wanted to sign up to monthly payments. Nothing like that here so well done and Thankyou

Friendly and professional team. I was only registered with the practice for a short time and they referred me to another dentist to carry out complex dental work they were unable to do. Fortunately the practice i was referred to were able to take me on as a permanent patient. Thank you Ashurst for the treatment i did receive.

TLDR: tried charging me twice, I was having none of it Update: After I emailed a complaint, they looked into it and corrected the mistake - I now have antibiotics and an appointment to rectify the issue. Up'd to 3 stars because of the correction but leaving at 3 as it took them a week of me having to contact them while being infected and in pain --- Attended with a toothache, had a filling done, pain returned within a few days so attended again and instead of the cost falling under the previous cost (as you'd expect with it apparently being under warranty), I was told I'd have to pay 'because its a different dentist'. No ta, you hacked me up and did a botch job and now wanna charge me to correct your mistake :/ I came in asking for it to be fixed, I dont care who did it but your surgery took the job and so is responsible for the correct care being administered. If I go to a garage and the mechanic makes it worse or just doesnt fix the issue, the garage cant tell me to swivel and take it up with the individual mechanic, ridiculous
