Ordered a pair of cheerleader shoes which arrived and were to small, we did not have time to post them back and wait for a new pair to arrive. So we ordered the size up and sent back the smaller shoes with a note about the order. This company refused a pay for return postage saying because we did not ask for a replacement they would not pay post. I would not deal with this company again.

Best customer service ever. We ordered a pair of Nfinity shoes for my daughter but we ordered the wrong size. Returns were super easy and within 3 days we had a new size. Unfortunately too big again so back they went. I rang to check that we were ordering the right shoes and had a good chat with someone and confirmed that if we went down a size again it would probably be ok and it was. Returns were simple, staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely the best place to buy Nfinity shoes in the UK.

Service was absolutely superb!!! Delivery was free and very efficient, the first order arriving after two days. We needed to return the original item due to sizing, this was quick and easy, with clear advice provided over the phone too. After returning the item, the replacement arrived just 2 days later. With all relevant adjustments made to the order with no quibbles. Great experience all round!

We originally posted a negative review because of shipping delays and what we thought was a lack of communication for returns. The company contacted me personally today to apologize and explain the situation. We live in Germany and they are holding packages in customs and charging import fees which is resulting in very long delays. We had emailed back and forth but some emails concerning returns were not received. They are working with me to return locally and get our refund since we had to purchase additional shoes so our daughter could cheer. I appreciate their effort in making sure everything ends on a positive note. Thank you Excel Cheer for making sure everything was worked out. On a side note the shoes we did receive were great and were a great price.
