        Very Poor, Waited for over 30 mins with no answer. I've been overcharged and they can't be bothered to help me fix it. Disgusting, no wonder they went under with this customer service.

        Thanks to Dave at Riverside nottingham.good product knowledge on the range of product I was looking for. Customer service received was a lots better than another well known spots shop around.

        Wouldn't can my membership despite the fact it was under medical grounds, they were provided with a consultants letter and a go letter. They wouldn't even refund me either.
