I called yesterday to drop off a parcel for Hermes collection & the guy behind the counter was very rude, i haven't used this service before so was very new to me, first of all he pointed at the printer & said you have to print it off yourself " i'm not going to do it for you " then when i did this & took it to the counter he said you are meant to do this at home, it clearly said on the email that i can take it to the shop to do this, he then pushed a machine at me & said sign this, will not be using this store ever again!!
