Your colleague phoned to explain that the part would be delivered directly from the supplier and this was done quickly and efficiently. When it arrived, the product was found to be excellent. Good afternoon DTW I am researching PG450 concrete grinder and have checked your reviews. Obvious what is happening here with the Lumag and I fully concur that it is best to avoid unreasonable customers. Good on you for refusing to deal with him - exactly what I would have done. We had a delivery issue with part of my order (parcel force couldn't find my house), we were running out of time. Dan from DTW stepped up and mailed out a replacement on an overnight courier and saved our concrete pour. Unfortunately I could only give 5 stars (they deserve more) . Thanks Dan and DTW Tools for saving the day
