Two appointments, Two no-shows... Booked through OVO for a smart meter who refund consumers 30 a time each time a no show happens. Think i'll keep this going all year, thanks lowri beck your incompetence is paying off.. make to ten and Im sure OVO and the ombudsman will appreciate the compensation claim on your behalf... keep up the bad work. BTW first was an 'emergency' now running a sweepstake on 'being ill'

Wish I could give 0 stars for this shambles of a company. I'm currently in the middle of a two month battle trying to get the standard compensation I am entitled to for a second non-show to have my electric meter changed over. Their complaints team are a complete shower, don't return emails, lie and constantly fob you off. My electric company have now got involved to try and sort this on my behalf, and I am making a formal complaint to their head office for what it's worth. Don't touch with a barge pole - you have been warned!!

Terrible. Arranged an appoinment for 12 noon to get a phone call at 1pm to say 'aint coming, havent got part' DONT USE they are a joke and dont care that people take time off work

Received text reminding me of appointment the following day!!! No one turned up! When I called I was informed the engineer was on holiday and someone had attempted to call, no message left on my answer machine or text informing me of any changes. Please review communication pathways! I would have been charged if engineer had called and I was not in!! I have taken time off work!!
