        Horrible toilets for a chain like this. Mens toilet upstairs is blocked and the handle to flush is also broken. There is only one tiny basin for both toilets. There is hardly any water coming from the hot tap so you wash your hands using the little with little water. The taps are so close together due to the tiny size of the basin that you dont have space to wash your hands properly. There is a big dog walking around on the ground floor. I have given two stars just to be fair cause I didnt stay to try the service. What are people doing in a dirty place like this? I can only think its due to lack of options.
