Made a complaint about one of their bus drivers via Transport for Greater Manchester and so far have had no reply from them, despite TfGM confirming that the complaint has been sent directly to them. Just hope you don't get one of their drivers behind you whilst stuck in traffic like I did, it is not a good experience!

664 2nd februrary 4pm the driver on thus bus was verbally rude to me and refused to let me off the bus with false claims that they could not stop the bus and the proceeded to call me a liar when i stated ive never been denied to get off at this stop. This is unacceptable and this driver should be spoken to about his customer service and attitude. Not happy whatsoever !! Edited - spoken to transport manager Paul who REFUSED to take a complaint about the driver himself and then continued to shout abuse down the phone to me or put me through to someone who could take a complaint.
