Customer service and delivery times are appalling. In the end had to get a refund back from Amazon. An order was damaged in transit and never got delivered to me and rightly went back to this supplier. I agreed for a replacement and a week later no tracking number or delivery of my order. I did email them several times and have to say Dan is not very helpful . Not concerned about getting things put right as quickly as possible. Putting the customer first.

My Amazon order was lost in transit...not by Royal Mail or Evri...but by Amazon itself even though it had been scanned through various depots.!!! I notified Assured Products and the following day a replacement was delivered by DHL. I cannot fault the professional and excellent customer service provided by Janis.

Purchased their Wheel Cleaner, absolute disaster, don't buy, I did unfortunately, sprayed on wheel as directions, when washed off left horrible marks on the Alloy, rang company, no help at all. stated it must have been the paint as they had been refurbished, absolute rubbish, I have used far better products without problems. It will cost me 300 or more for the privilege, DON'T BUY, Customer service also stinks, very abrupt and not interested

This is a scam business and sell or at least take orders through amazon then blame the equally hapless Hermes (what they called them) even though hermes no longer exists. So i complain and they through someone called Shay gets heavy handed cos i outed them. I am going to accept a refund if they can manage to deliver it.
