Fantastic service. Efficient, friendly and helpful. We booked an early morning slot and the job was sorted before we started work for the day. I was expecting lots of mess but they were really clean and tidy. Excellent process for booking online and email communication before and after. We even got a text reminder on the day as Ising how far away they were and expected time of arrival. Can't recommend highly enough!

I was absolutely over the moon with the company and with Peter that came out to clean the chimney. I was so happy , impressed and couldnt believe how well mannered , excellent vand explanatory with what he was going to be doing . This is the first time that I have ever heard of this company and was I so impressed with their customer service and support from the company. I have used another company who was so ill mannered and he didnt even bother to inform us of what he was going to do. When he had finished he told my husband that it was up to us to dispose of the waste and I could not believe what he had said. Mr SOOT said that they had to remove the waste which was a total shock to us because how much the first company that we had used said it was up to us to remove the waste. I would recommend Mr Soot to anyone who is looking to have their chimney cleaned because you wont get a better job done to a very high standard and the quality of their work is 150% plus. This is going to be the only company that I will be using from now on. So if you require your chimney cleaned dont look any further than Mr Soot because you get an absolutely amazing, wonderful, explanative and brilliant experience and the customer service is of the utmost important , amazing and extremely exceptional.
