Why is the Leeds Liverpool canal is short of water when the aqueduct in Adlington Lancs has been leaking since the mid 60s and why are the paddles up at chorley weir when the water is so low who ever is in charge of this park of the canal wants sacking CRT are away waste of time

A very greedy charity. All volunteers to save money but poor service to canal users mainly boaters and fishermen who pay a lot to use the facility
