Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (9-1-Gone)

I have a velvet sofa which I was assured by this company they could clean without a doubt. I expressed my reservations due to the fabric however he told me he could do it. After the sofa had dried it was left streaky, crispy and the material matted, with rust stains from the buttons being soaked, and still the stains remained. This was in May this year (2022) and when I have contacted them about my complaints I was informed that they would come back to sort it but the man doing the clean said he was unwell, then a few weeks later they changed the story saying they had problems with their son, meanwhile Im seeing them still doing cleans on Facebook! I tried contacting them numerous times with no response so left bad reviews on Facebook, which they deleted. I have since had contact from the company, who told me that they have been taken over by somebody new since August so dont know about the job I was referring to. Again this is a lie as I have since seen that the same guy is still cleaning using this company in august, September and October! I am now going to seek legal advice regarding this as my 2000+ sofa is ruined, and Im devastated. Dont use this company as they are clearly not insured! Service: Upholstery cleaning
