        Ian turned up on time and was positive and enthusiastic and really knows his stuff and takes pride in his business and the service he provides. Our landing and stairs carpet which we thought needed replacing is now as good as new and looks fantastic and smells daisy fresh. Im so glad we didnt simply hire a cheap machine and struggled using it and wasting our time when there are professionals like this guy around. For 75 it really is a no brainer from now on.
