Good advice on my original phone call and provided with a price immediately. The quality of the clean was amazing. Our carpet must be a good ten years old and was looking very sad and in need of replacement, but it seems pointless while our little dog (and his muddy paws) is still with us. He compounded this by vomiting on it and despite our best efforts, we could not get rid of the smell, hence the call to Gerrards. Two hours after arrival we are left with a carpet that has gone from an embarrassment and in need of replacement to one which looks good to last us another three years at least. I cant say that it looks like a new carpet, it lacks the fluffiness. It certainly looks like a sparkling clean young carpet. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
