Need to speak to John who i bought a car off about a month ago, gear box is already giving me problems and john mentioned each car comes with 3 month warranty, I would appreciate you get back in touch with me and get this problem solved under the guarantee you've provided off 3 months as I've been calling the phones and no one is answering and also feel like I'm being ignored.

Worst car I have ever owned. Bought a car last year which was sent out with boarderline bald tyre and a pile of advisory's on the MOT. Had to take it for repairs to my local garage which were supposed to have been sorted when the car was bought. I have had to spend best part of 1000 over the last year due to breakdowns. Just found out that the log book was never sent off by the dealer when I collected the car, so I am now having to wait up to 6 weeks for a replacement V5 at my expense.

Tries ringing 3 days in a row to enquire about a car for sale and no answer and no one ringing back, also messaged on messenger with an automated message saying they should get back to me in an hour , its been over a day and still no reply eventhough they are posting cars for sale continously on their facebook

I paid just over 4000 for a 2009 BMW X3, march 27th 2022, , I've only driven max 300 miles, the gearbox is shot and car is un-safe to drive. I was given guarantees that the car was fully serviced, including gearbox plus an inspection, John also told me that he would never let a car leave his garage that wasn't fully safe and reliable. I have been trying to get a response from this company, after a month of trying via emails, WhatsApp, live hat on their website, phone calls, but NOTHING, no reply at all, yet when buying the car I had personal contact everyday, multiple times a day even.
