        The second time Ive tried to dine here and been totally ignored. Wait here to be seated two people got seated and I was left waiting for 5 minutes whilst 2 staff members chatted behind the counter, felt really uncomfortable as diners were looking at me wondering why I wasnt being seen to, embarrassed at the wait, I headed to the counter where I was totally ignored for a full 5 minutes whilst two teenagers behind the counter chatted between themselves, could I get their attention? Stood right in front of them.. customers in the dining area also noticed how I was being totally ignored. Made me feel totally rotten. This is the second time I have tried to eat here and not be acknowledged or seated. Very disappointed as the menu looked great. Never again will I subject myself to such humiliation. Terrible service - I didnt get any. Vegetarian options: Looked good but couldnt try

        usually ok but went on a very busy lunch time. I think they overstretch themselves so food, service etc...suffers.
