On arrival we spent 10 minutes in front of the counter calling for someone. We actually questioned whether the business was open! A lady appeared holding her phone and laughed telling us she can't hear over the air con upstairs. She was friendly enough after that and the fondu was so good!! However, two young girls came in as we were eating, they encountered the same problem. My husband who was entertaining our infant daughter nearby the counter offered to help call attention from the lady. We then overheard her being extremely rude to these young girls (early teens) and even proceded to slam their order down in front of them. It took everything I had not to get involved on behalf these girls who clearly felt intimidated by her behaviour. The 2 stars is for the food - NOT the service

Ordered and paid yet no delivery and no answer when called....abismal service won't be using again

Went twice in the space of a week to sit in. The first time i ordered milkshakes and ice creams, then paid, then was told to sit down and that they would bring it to our table. Around half an hour later they brought our milkshakes to the table (we were catching up with friends so were occupied for the half hour). Another while passes and we are still waiting for our ice cream bowls so I go to the counter and ask if they are coming and was told that my order wasnt written down. I explain that I have ordered and paid and give my ice cream order again. Before leaving I go up and order some cans of drink and they ask again if I paid for our ice creams. I asked for 2 cans of drink and the staff person seemed confused by this, got me one can and then asked again what the second can was as if they werent listening to the simple request. The second time we went back and ordered ice cream bowls and shakes again, the staff person wrote down the order and then proceeded to get one of the ice cream orders wrong. When I went back to the counter and explained this to the staff person they didnt apologise and reluctantly actioned my request and seemed bothered by it. We overheard that another woman ordered ice cream for her son and they got that wrong too. Its as if they cant listen. Both times we walked in and there was nobody there all the staff were around the back and we had to wait for someone to attend to us. There was no bell or buzzer to alert them or ask for assistance. The ice cream is nice but this place gets one star as the customer experience is terrible.
