        Ever since the start of 2022 every bus I've needed to catch has either been cancelled, delayed for so long that walking became faster, or has arrived and not picked anyone up. This isn't even close to acceptable when I can only catch the bus to university and have missed over a month because of this

        New bus station very comfortable with easy signposting and access to all bus routes toilet and cafe / shop facilities

        It's a joke waiting for buses that never turns up and and it's worse when you need to be somewhere at a certain time but they are always doing it beyond a joke I rely on buses to take me places and be reliable but oh well
