Unreliable ..every excuse going. 3 month job took 9 months dosn't travel in peak time so arrives at 10 leaves at 3 maximum 4 hours of work done a day. fired off end of April quoted price and kept asking for more money.Incompleat extension Warning Avoid...Watchdog worthy. If in doubt ..can back all above up. Oh... and had to pay 3k for incomplete and rectification work.

We needed a storage room in the kitchen removed as it was taking up space and we wanted to use that space for our new kitchen. We called J&J builders and after speaking to Joe we knew we were in safe hands. He offered a reasonable price and was able to do the work the next following day. Joe was very friendly, polite, and professional in his work, he made sure we understood what was going to happen and took our input into it aswell on how we would like it to turn out. He did the job very efficiently making sure the walls next to the storage room weren't damaged, adding strength to the wooden beams above, while also taking care of the mess. He patched up the holes and gaps spot on so that there wasn't going to be any issues down the line when we plan to renovate the kitchen. We are now planning to have our kitchen done with him.
