I really hope this company is no longer trading - they are still making my life hell 2 years after finishing their loft conversion work on my house. They flooded my house whilst working there during 2012 and last October we "sprang" another leak - woke up this morning to the sound of water dripping onto my bed from the light fitting above! I only hope that Simon Lewis and Katie Pierpoint are no longer in the building business!

Avoid, avoid, avoid this company! If there was a zero stars rating they would have scored it. They Installed a new bathroom for us but we've been plagued with issues ever since. 1. Leaking shower fittings that caused water todrip down piping into our kitchen resulting in a partial ceiling replacement. The so-called project manager was adamant that this couldn't possibly be their fault, although it subsequently proved to be the case that is was their poor workmanship that caused the issue. 2. Leaking toilet again dripping through the kitchen ceiling. 3. The extractor fan was not fit for purpose for the size of bathroom & installed too close to the shower against safety regulations. 4. Wood from a broken up pallet & not new wood was used to create frames for a toilet plinth & shower seating arrangement. 5.Tap fitting quality was very poor & subsequently broke as did the towel radiator ( rusted). The fitting of a new towel radiator by a qualified plumber discovered thatwater piping thad been deliberately cut too short in order to force fitthe appliance.A very expensive lesson learned using this company & Iamamazed that they are still trading & seemingly continuing to rip-off innocent customers. In the dictionary under "Cowboys" it says Plan-It...
