Brilliant service from all the team, Home measurement carried out on time, full discussion about our needs, samples brought and appropriate advice given. Perfect blinds ordered 25th January, fitted today by Jason. All staff been great, text messages to keep us updated re progress. Very positive experience

We nipped to the showroom and was shown a huge range of samples a colours just to get an idea and a rough quote. Less than a week later we got booked in for a measure up and to order so we could be sorted for Christmas. All the staff we dealt with from arranging appointments to measuring up were lovely and very kind. We got fitted the last day before Christmas and to me they were perfect. The lovely man who fitted wasn't 100% happy on his part and so arranged to come out and rectify it as soon as they reopened after Christmas. Honestly cannot fault this company one bit. You get what you pay for... excellent customer service from staff with great knowlesge, a huge range of material options and efficient turnarounds. Highly Recommend!

Used this company for 13 years gary measured up they fit perfectly Jason fitted them they look amazing he tidied up they even made my kitchen roller blind in tme for Christmas and Lorraine in the office always kept in touch would definitely recommend

I spent a fortune on blinds for the house and conservatory. One of them developed a fault just outside the guarantee period (after 14 months). They wanted to charge me 40 call out fee (for petrol she said) just to look at them. I only live 5 mins away! Customer service was shocking!! I would not recommend this company.

Extremely frustrated with this company. They dont know their rear ended from their elbow. Order placed in SEPTEMBER 2022. Told we cant have perfect fit on our bi-fold due to mechanism. Second installer said we can and theyll cut around the mech. Installer arrives, missing a blind for the kitchen which took them 4 months to eventually install. The perfect fit hadnt been cut out so we couldnt open our door. Appointment arranged to repair it, they turned up a day late and blamed me January 2023 now, installer installs missing kitchen blind and cuts out the perfect fit. Said hes tested it, took final payment and left. He was gone less than half hour and the perfect fit isnt even stuck to the frame AND the cut out gets done is STILL wrong. They advertise open till 3 on a Saturday but dont answer the phone. Their show room isnt open, their 0800 number doesnt work. Weve spent a LOT of money on these blinds, ironically they are far from perfect fit. 4 months later, still no further on. Have them the ultimatum of repair or refund, lets see what happens. Shocking quality, poor service, long delays and evidently Installers who havent got a clue Review is fact and evidence of the above available.
