Absolutely zero customer service. Don't buy tyres from them as they fold and twist them to put them in the cheapest box. If you complain, they just ignore your emails. Watch out for thier name on Amazon, as they trade there too.

Ordered a wheel through eBay; order has been updated by Yodel as delivered. Contacted Baldwins Cycles on eBay last night as it has not been delivered and as of yet. I have contacted Baldwins Cycles through eBay and as of right now, I have still not received any acknowledgement of my query. I run an online store and know how to handle missing items but the response (or lack thereof) I have received so far has been non existent. I would recommend people check out other eBay shops before committing to purchase items through this company as if you have an issue, you will not get any type of help back. I will be updating this review as to any action taken by the company (if they bother to respond).

I have used Baldwin's Cycles many times,, always by my road bike tyres from this place,, good deals on Schwalbe Tyres Marathons,,good for durability and puncture resistance,,, service is good, communication is excellent and delivery is fast,
