        I really appreciate the staff in this branch. They have been so helpful to me on 3 occasions. Having been locked out of my online account by the very officious HSBC fraud department I arrived in tears! A wonderful man called Myke very calmly and patiently helped me through the process of re establishing my account and explained how to navigate my way through the numerous questions.
