Attempted twice today to telephone this bank to make a face to face appointment. First attempt-so many security questions around issues I didnt expect or deem necessary I hung up. Second attempt-ready for all security questions, I finally got through to an actual person and during the conversation she cut me off! Waste of my time completely.
