As someone else said the only one for miles. They closed the one in the concourse in Skelmersdale and now the one in Ormskirk is closed too. How can local people get to this one if they don't drive or use public transport

very lazy bank employees prefer to talk to each other than to help customers. They can be arrogant and disrespectful to foreigners who don't speak English well

Why am I unsuprised that this bank has a 3 star rating. The bank has become an absolute joke. An absence of staff which is almost a daily occurrence now. And those payment machines are the worst! I'll be withdrawing my barcleycard custom in the next few days as its simply too stressful to pay bills now. My last bill was 1.90, so as the machines won't accept coins, I was sent away to get a note. I returned to pay with a note only for the machine to refuse the note as....wait for it....the amount I paid with was greater that 1.90. How reduculously stupid. Farcical...and I still owe and cannot pay 1.90...hey ho, I guess I'll be charged a standard late payment fee of 12. I bet they won't refuse that payment eh? ..... but who knows, this dynamic could continue.
