        Good old tsb I went in for some change and was told I could only get 5 pences- they wonder why in may theyll be closed what kind of bank is this.

        This is the only bank in pemberton, the staff here are Skeleton but very helpful. Closing this branch I find awful. To use the new pod in wigan town centre means parking fees or bus travel, more travel time. Locals should have had a say in this branch closing

        Card machine hasn't been working for nearly two months. 40 minute walk for me to get to this bank and back!!!! SORT IT OUT

        Not good at all, theres never anyone on the desks to pay money in, every single time I go I wait 5-10 minutes while the staff are all chatting in the background, its meant to be a bank?? It really is a joke at TSB in Pemberton, Id recommend banking else where.
