Althou necessary at times, we all dread blocked ears being syringed. However, I watched Kerry applying a technique to remove wax from my 97 year old mothers ears using a narrow scoop called a curette without the use of water. It was quick and less messy resulting in wax easing painlessly out of the ears.. My mother played her part by taking Kerry's advice when booking the home appointment by inserting olive oil just for 4 days beforehand. Her manner was friendly and calming. A very professional service and I can thoroughly recommend her.

Kerry was recommended to me initially. My dad needed ear syringing and the wait was too long on nhs. She was friendly thoroughly professional and noted he had infection and arranged antibiotics via gp and returned to recheck ears before eventually able to syringe his ears 2 weeks later. My dad will definitely use Kerry again as she does home visits with very reasonable rates. I also used Kerry as my hearing was reduced for several months after a heavy cold. She did hearing tests and she informed gp with my results for referral to ENT. Very professional, lovely kind young lady who will go the extra mile . Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
