I would say this is the worst company ever I called them to repair my dishwasher they said you need to pay 30 for a diagnosis I said no problem. They sent what they call it ( engineer) he looked around and said we would call you, I received a call they told me if fixed it will cost 100 I said ok yes go ahead. The first week,The engineer came and said the office order wrong part and he left all the screw and the cover on worktop . The second week, the engineer came and said theres part missing and they called to charge me for missing part. The third week, the engineer came and said all done although I heard him spoke to his manager telling him it didnt work it might needs another part . I tried the machine It didnt work I spoke to them they said we will order another part I said I cant wait anymore I will buy a new one they said the engineer will come to you to get the part that he fitted . When he come I asked him for old part he said I didnt bring it and he get the part and gone I believe my dishwasher has not big problem but the engineer play with it. Please do not use them
