        This day care centre is a very precious service. The staff are all very friendly and very welcoming. The staff understand the difficulties you are going through and will help you wherever possible. I highly recommend that you visit between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday to have a look round and chat with the lovely staff, you'll be glad you did

        Too dark and dismal. Also serious concerns about accessibility, not a safe place for anyone with mobility challenges.

        My Mum as been coming to Reflections for quite a few years. It is an amazing centre were the staff go above and beyond. Whenever I have been to drop off or collect mum ( before restrictions) all guest including my mum seem to be really enjoying themselves. The barn is lovely and homely and as a lovely little bar in which the guest enjoy. There are beautiful gardens which the guest and staff have fun in the summer months playing games and sitting and chilling. I have been to a few of their open days which always have a lovely turnout. There are so many activities going on daily. They have lots of fun with the singers, choirs, school children visiting and pamper days. I comment many a time about their wonderful displays I.e World war, Grand National, Christmas, Chinese New Year and many more. The Staff make the guest feel very special all the time but especially on their birthdays. I talk about Reflection to my friends and work colleagues with pride because I know Mum is well looked after and safe. Mum as mobility problems and Reflections is all ground level without any steps so accessibility is no problem. We cant thank the staff enough for all they do. X
