I have to say I'm blown away with just how quick Adele and John worked on my tax return. As a very busy foster carer these guys filed everything just as requested and literally within a few days! I can highly recommend and will be recommending them to other carers I will mostly be using them again and a Fee that is by far the best ever!

Shocking people to work with !!! at first they were ok so i even referred a few People, goodness the worst mistake i made which left me feeling embarrassed. They leave everything last minute as they know if you file things late - We ourselves have to pay the penalty not them!! clever tactics, then they expect you to do the running around last minute. But oh my they are quick to take the 20.40 a week from you !!! would not recommend to anyone, nothing but stress and unnecessary head ache. Stay away from these people !! Even the company we work for have now stop using and referring new clients to them - that tells its own story. Amanda has nothing but attitude and lies like its a habit, never had a issue with sally but never dealt with her. Adele i thought was ok but again not really dealt with her.

This company is a SCAM, I worked with them for 2 years, they took my money and did nothing, and in the end I had to pay a fine to HMRC. please avoid this company

My advice from the off would be to use another company! Absolutely shocking service! Adele and Amanda constantly lie on behalf of each other! Amandas never in or on meeting ect ect this is everytime you call! They don't return calls you have to constantly chase them for advice! The min you don't pay them though they call you! Once you leave amazon they cut you off! Bearing In mind you have paid them for 11 months every week! My quarterly tax bill was due a week after I left amazon, I had already paid them to file this? getting them to do it was another story! After waiting near a month I had to call and say I was coming to sit in the office till it was sorted! Her poor husband John finally got the message through to her! Nice man BTW. They also block you from viewing your freeagent account so you can't get anyone else to do it! I now have a new accountant and he was shocked at the way I was treated and the way they left all my company open with loose ends everywhere! I keep intouch with many of the drivers I worked with and all had similar situation with them! If I could leave minus 5 * I would! Greedy people!!
