Invited as part of a family celebration and how lucky we were. An outstanding farmhouse residence in a wonderful location. The facilities are excellent, the standard of presentation across every room has to be a must be seen to be believed. The games room area is so fabulous. This property is high edge holiday living and if you get the chance to visit then you will come away with a fantastic experience. Our outstanding memory was our little beautiful granddaughter took her first steps in life and we were there to see it.

Spent a fantastic week at Sutton Barton with our family bubble. The house is full of character with excellent facilities. Plenty of options to find sun or shade outside, loads of room for games on the lawn. Inside the rooms are all of a very high standard though we spent most of the time in the games room! Kitchen facilities are brilliant which made feeding 15 easy. Would love to return and sample a different season.

This is fantastic place to stay. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone in the house and so much room outside for the children to run around. Teresa was very helpful with any questions we had and the home made scones, clotted cream and jam went down a treat! The hot tubs were brilliant and a nice break once the kids were all in bed. All in all we had a great break and would love to return
