I bought a face foam and was really happy with the price and the foam itself. Unfortunately after a few uses the pump broke down. I thought that this particular bottle is defective so I decided to buy a new one. The same hapenned after just a few uses. I've e-mailed Xpel advising that the product is defective but never received a reply. I'm a really unhappy customer.

I love their products and in my personal experience, I think they work really well. The price is so great and budget friendly and although I have not tried all of the range, yet, I've tried quite a few products so far and they've been great value for money. The tea tree oil products have worked great for me when I suddenly started getting acne within the last 6 months. No company is perfect and there may be a few missed here and there as to be expected, but on the whole it's great, cheap products!
